Chili & Co. is an emerging small to medium accounting and auditing firm with the requisite industry expertise and experience. The company offers a range of financial and non- financial services. We commenced practice in March 2005 and had previously traded as Chili Mzimela & Co (CM).Chili & Co. is 100% black owned and was founded by Nonhlanhla Chili (Managing Partner) who assembled a team of competent professional staff with an in-depth knowledge of the accounting profession. We share the vision of the new South Africa and thus works towards increasing the number of black CAs in the country. This commitment is reflected in our practice of employing previously disadvantaged individuals. Moreover the managing partner is a staunch supporter of the empowerment of women and this is evident in the staff complement of Chili & Co.Chili & Co. operates within the framework of the professional code of conduct and ethics as prescribed by the Public Accountants and Auditors Board.The firm is conversant with changes in the business and political environments and it always endeavors to acquaint itself with the changing environments such that its services are beneficial to its clientele. Likewise the firm keeps abreast of the latest developments in the accounting and auditing profession with a view to enhancing the quality of its services to clients.
